Job summary

Horizon is seeking a results-driven Process Improvement Manager in Newark to lead enterprise-wide cost-reduction initiatives and complex analyses, including value-stream mapping and ROI modeling. You will mentor analysts, develop solutions with SMEs, and champion change across divisions.

You will collaborate with Finance to track metrics, build business cases, and deploy best practices. Travel occasionally to Horizon sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years business process improvement or process redesign experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with commitment to Horizon Black Belt within two years.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience in a multi-divisional corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex process improvement initiatives with some supervision and guidance.
• Draft and review deliverables such as value-stream mapping and analyses.
• Develop ROI-based business cases and track metrics with Finance.
• Coach Lean and Green Belt candidates and mentor staff across divisions.
