Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in CI programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop & drive BPM strategy, including process mapping and change management framework for process improvement.
• Establish and communicate the business process vision, providing strategic direction to drive LEAN or Six Sigma CI.
• Deliver sustainable change by focusing on strategic priorities to maximize business value.
• Lead and drive large LEAN or Six Sigma transformations.
• Upskill internal teams to create sustainable capability and promote CI culture.
• Foster a Lean Six Sigma culture and train across the organization.
• Identify end to end process improvement opportunities and design new processes to maximize value.
