Job summary

Young Brothers is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of workflows across the organization. You will map current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and drive cross-functional projects to reduce waste, lower costs, and improve the customer and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Lean Six Sigma certification required; Black Belt strongly preferred (Green Belt candidates with strong project experience will also be considered).
• 4+ years of experience in business process management, process improvement, operations, or management consulting.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional process improvement projects with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from opportunity identification through implementation and measurement of results.
• Map current-state and future-state workflows using BPMN and other standard process modeling notations to create a shared understanding across teams.
• Identify automation opportunities (RPA, workflow automation platforms, system integrations) and partner with IT/engineering to scope and implement solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and process discovery sessions with stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to senior leadership.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, value stream mapping, root cause analysis) to diagnose inefficiencies and design data-driven solutions.
