Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or consulting.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required.
• Hands-on application of Lean / Six Sigma tools to improve processes.
• Experience with process mapping (SIPOC, swimlane, VSM).
• Ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and drive improvements.
• Facilitation of Kaizen/RIEs or workshops.
• Experience in structured problem solving (DMAIC).
• Data analysis and metrics tracking to support insights.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in matrixed environments and managing multiple initiatives.
