Qualifications

• University degree typically required; 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Certifications often required depending on role and scope.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, and analytics is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Consults with Line of Business to evaluate and execute on complex operations or technology processes.
• Develops end-to-end solutions to optimize process efficiency, reduce processing time, and mitigate risks.
• Leads cross-functional design discussions and presents business cases and cost-benefit analyses to senior leadership.
• Mentors teams to build capability and sustain improvements after implementation.
• Supports introduction of new systems and ensures smooth transitions and issue management.
