Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the ISO Process Engineering team across multiple sites, driving design, development and implementation of new or revised processes. You will focus on safety, quality, cost reduction and higher machine utilization while collaborating with other manufacturing leaders to hit targets and improve efficiency.

The role requires senior leadership, advanced problem-solving and travel as needed to support the ISO network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Seven+ years of engineering or plant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering Team with goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Ensure projects for equipment and processes meet development and commissioning milestones.
• Drive use of New Product Process to meet launch dates.
• Develop robust Process Control Plans and robust processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage changes via PHAs/HAZOPs.
• Support new product development and cross-functional value streams.
• Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions with Quality.
