You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement projects, and collaborate with maintenance on troubleshooting and equipment upgrades to enhance performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrap reduction initiatives for assigned value streams.
• Drive cost reduction efforts within designated value streams.
• Serve as the SME for assigned processes within the plant.
• Plan, organize, and present data collection efforts related to defect reduction and continuous improvement.
• Provide advisory support to maintenance focusing on troubleshooting and diagnostics of production equipment.
• Collaborate on upgrading plans for existing equipment to enhance performance and reliability.
• Contribute to design and implementation of work standards, quality control charts, systems, and other operational excellence tools.
