Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with textiles or cord treatment is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive responsibility in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrap reduction initiatives for assigned value streams.
• Drive cost reduction efforts within designated value streams.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned processes.
