You will conduct bench- and kg-scale experiments, model reaction kinetics, mass transfer, and separations, and collaborate with chemists and analytical scientists to optimize robust synthetic processes. Formación

• Doctorate or Master’s with 2+ years engineering experience, or Bachelor’s with 4+ years, or other equivalences.
• Preferred: bioprocessing unit operations for ADCs/oligonucleotides including conjugation and purification.
• Experience authoring regulatory documents for commercialization of drug substance processes: CMC Module 3, RTQs, and annual reports.
• Experience building first-principles models for reaction kinetics, mass transfer, separations, distillations, and hydrodynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Authoring technical reports, leading risk assessments, and contributing to regulatory documents through technology transfer and commercialization.
• Position located in Cambridge, MA or Thousand Oaks, CA.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Execute bench- and kilogram-scale experiments and modeling to design and optimize processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure safe scale-up and tech transfer.
• Design, optimize, and deploy models for kinetics, mass transfer, separations, and hydrodynamics.
• Monitor manufacturing processes for performance indicators and lead troubleshooting.
