Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in engineering or related field with pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience in downstream purification for biologics and process transfer.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory filings and manufacturing execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical support for downstream purification processes from harvest to sterile filtration.
• Drive tech transfer, process validation, PPQ, and continued process verification.
• Mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage on-floor troubleshooting.
• Develop robust, scalable processes with risk analyses and CAPA plans.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Process Development to meet plant goals.
