Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience in process scale-up and technology transfer.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, MS, NMR).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments for process development and scale-up.
• Author documents for process understanding and transfer.
• Serve as technical expert for lab equipment.
• Assist in manufacturing issue resolution and troubleshooting.
• Apply engineering and statistics to solve process issues.
• Communicate with Manufacturing, Process Development, and Quality.
