Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Sr Process Engineer for ProdOps Continuous Improvement in the Redmond, WA area. You will drive high-impact manufacturing, test, and supply chain improvements using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven methods.

You will lead complex DMAIC projects, quantify business impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce variation and improve throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large continuous improvement projects (DMAIC/Lean Six Sigma).
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; master’s preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Python/SQL/Power BI).
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact improvements across manufacturing, test, and supply chain operations using data-driven analysis and Lean Six Sigma.
• Lead complex DMAIC/Lean Six Sigma projects from define to control phases with measurable outcomes.
• Quantify business impact and present data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with engineers to implement process controls, design experiments, and reduce variation.
• Develop standard work, control plans, and process capability metrics (Cpk, OEE, FPY).
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
