Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of leading multiple large projects.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Lean Management and Six Sigma experience.
• Experience in Logistics, Distribution, or Fulfillment.
• Experience creating automation-driven process improvements and financial models.
• Experience with automated material handling equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a cross-functional organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard work, benchmarking, and auditing capability.
• Collect, consolidate, and report on performance to Operations Integrations teams.
• Program manage large-scale projects with ACES and Process Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal customers to identify network capacity constraints.
• Collect and interpret operating cost data.
• Review proposals for new equipment and services.
• Extract data from databases using Excel, Access, SQL, and other tools.
• Support long-term planning and modeling sessions.
• Travel up to 25%.
