Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Process Engineer IV to lead design, development, and execution of process systems for power generation projects, including gas turbines and combined-cycle plants. You will provide technical leadership, own process deliverables, and coordinate with clients, OEMs, and internal teams to meet safety and performance targets.

This role requires deep process engineering expertise, PE license preferred, and 8+ years in power/industrial EPC environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of process engineering experience in power generation or industrial EPC environments.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred and may be required for some projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading process engineering scope on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of process design, simulations, and plant performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering scope across all project phases from feasibility to startup.
• Develop, review, and approve process design basis documents, equipment lists, and tie-in schedules.
• Oversee PFDs, P&IDs, and control philosophy; ensure safety and operability integration.
• Coordinate with clients, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Visit job sites and field offices as required to support execution and commissioning.
