Job summary

ReCon Management Services, Inc. seeks an experienced engineer to lead the development and oversight of engineering drawings and design packages across project phases from feasibility to construction. You will plan scope, assign tasks, and ensure quality while coordinating with multiple disciplines on complex refinery/industrial projects.

The role requires a BS in a related field with 9+ years of experience, and a professional engineer license is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a related discipline with 9+ years in refinery/industrial/petrochemical/utility sectors
• Professional Engineer license preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong knowledge of process engineering calculations and design
• Experience with process design software and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Plan and define scope of project engineering requirements and estimate man-hours.
• Assign work to department staff and convey project requirements via sketches and instructions.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and maintain productive working relationships.
• Check drawing packages (P&IDs, Isometrics) for completeness and accuracy.
• Supervise overall engineering package quality and production.
• Provide clear instructions to enable design staff to deliver quality work.
• Perform calculations and final checks for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned
