Job summary

ReCon Management Services seeks an experienced Engineering Supervisor for an in-plant role. You will supervise design and drafting, enforce company standards, and manage personnel in refinery/petrochemical contexts.

Requirements include a BS in Engineering, 9+ years in related fields, P.E. preferred, and strong knowledge of ASME/API codes, plus proficiency with SAP and discipline-specific tools. On-site work with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience and competencies tailored to refinery/ petrochemical sectors.
• Strong knowledge of codes and regulatory requirements in related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare man-hour budgets and forecast reviews.
• Prepare scope documents and required resources.
• Direct work and assign tasks to staff.
• Prepare and evaluate project schedules and manpower needs.
• Attend or conduct meetings and ensure technical compliance.
• Implement standards, specifications and procedures; perform quality review.
