Job summary

ReCon Management Services seeks a junior engineering assistant to support construction drawings and packages under supervision. You will check packages, guide design staff, and perform calculations under an experienced engineer, contributing to project quality on refinery or related facilities.

The role requires a BS in a related field and up to 2 years of experience, with preferred familiarity in AutoCAD and basic MS Office. A valid driver's license and willingness to work on site are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related discipline with 0–2 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, chemical, offshore, pipeline or utility industries or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of basic engineering principles and applications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check drawing packages and vendor submittals for completeness and accuracy.
• Convey adequate instructions to enable design staff to perform tasks with quality output.
• Perform calculations for related discipline under supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
