Job summary

ReCon Management Services in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to develop and oversee engineering drawings/packages from feasibility to construction.

You will plan engineering requirements, assign work, coordinate with disciplines, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings, calculations, and final approvals. A BSc in a related field and 9+ years in refinery/industrial settings are expected; PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related discipline with at least nine years of experience.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in refinery, industrial, petrochemical or utility industries.

Responsibilities

• Define scope of project engineering requirements and estimate man-hours.
• Assign work to department personnel and describe requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and maintain good working relationships.
• Check drawing packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Supervise overall engineering package quality and production.
• Provide instructions to enable design staff to deliver quality work.
• Perform calculations and final checks for completeness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
