Stantec’s Buildings team in Austin seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead design and delivery of process and utility systems for semiconductor and industrial projects. You will guide teams through concept to construction, ensuring high-quality client solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, technical judgment, and experience coordinating multidiscipline teams across design, review, and project closeout. PE preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of experience with process systems in semiconductor, petrochemical, biopharmaceutical, or similar industries.
• PE licensure preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for clients and teams.
• Experience leading process engineering deliverables and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and delivery of process and utility systems for semiconductor and industrial facility projects.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight through all project phases.
• Develop and oversee engineering deliverables including design packages, calculations, reports, and documentation.
• Resolve complex engineering challenges and support high-quality client outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and partners to deliver optimized facility designs.
• Guide process engineering teams through project execution, resource planning, and staff development.
• Design and evaluate critical systems like ultrapure water, process water, wastewater, chemical delivery, gas distribution, and process exhaust.
