Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and delivering custom server, storage, and networking solutions for leading cloud, social media, and enterprise customers. This role focuses on production infrastructure, process flow setup, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background with hands-on experience in Lean/Six Sigma and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering.
• Strong background in manufacturing processes, process improvement, and operational optimization.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and set-up production infrastructure and production process flow set-up.
• Manage NPI introduction process and production documentation management.
• Calculate task time and workforce requirements.
• Lead change order management and ECN processes.
• Provide detailed status reports to core team managers and customers.
• Conduct risk assessments to improve facility operations.
