Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer to lead the setup of production infrastructure and streamline NPIs within a high‑growth manufacturing environment. You will drive documentation, task timing, and workforce planning while coordinating change orders and ECN activities.

The role requires a strong manufacturing background, 5+ years in process engineering, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma approaches to optimize operations and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering.
• Strong background in manufacturing processes, process improvement, and operational optimization.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and set-up production infrastructure and production process flow set-up.
• Manage NPI introduction process and production documentation management to include: WO BOM Validation, Shop Floor Control System Routing, Production flow diagrams, work instructions.
• Calculate task time and workforce requirements; ensure KPI alignment and training.
• Coordinate ECN/ECN/ECO documentation and production change management; communicate changes.
