Job summary

Hyve Solutions is a leading data center solutions provider that designs, manufactures, and delivers Server, Storage, and Networking solutions for major cloud and enterprise customers. This role focuses on establishing production infrastructure, managing NPIs, and ensuring change control and documentation are maintained to support scalable manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, at least 5 years in process engineering, and a background in Lean/Six

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up production infrastructure and process flow.
• Manage NPI introduction process and production documentation.
• Control ECN/ECO documentation and change orders.
• Provide status reports to core team managers and customers.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
