Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, PFS, FIS, Palantir, and SIS domains.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CI roadmap development, deployment, and sustainment.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and structured problem-solving (A3, DMAIC, 5 Why).
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and logistics to identify opportunities and eliminate waste.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams on Lean principles, standard work, and visual management.
• Track and report CI metrics aligned with plant KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Support cultural transformation through engagement, communication, and capability building.
• Drive best-practice sharing across plants and lead benchmarking activities.
• Ensure improvement projects deliver measurable results and are sustained.
