Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and collaborate with operations, IT, and compliance to deliver measurable improvements and sustainable changes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 7+ years of process management in Operations, Finance or Regulatory.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional teams in process improvement projects using Kaizen, Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies.
• Consult with business leaders to define issues with recommendations to improve current state.
• Manage complex initiatives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead the Process Engineering Framework roadmap, including routines, standards and enterprise process management system.
• Lead the enterprise process management system implementation including taxonomy, migration and training.
• Partner with operations, compliance, IT, and customer service to understand challenges and develop solutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure processes comply with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to identify controls and mitigate risks.
• Drive organizational change by identifying root causes and communicating benefits.
• Provide training and support to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to automate processes.
• Work with IT to integrate technology into process improvements.
