Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional teams in process improvement projects.
• Define issues with recommendations to improve current state.
• Lead the Process Engineering Framework roadmap and enterprise process management system.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, IT, and customer service to develop solutions.
• Drive organizational change by identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
• Provide training and support to teams to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to automate and enhance processes.
• Work closely with IT to integrate technology into process initiatives.
