• Experience with statistical software (Minitab, SAS, Stata, R) and data extraction/manipulation (Python).

Responsibilities

• Provide DMAIC-based project leadership to drive measurable business value.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational excellence, customer experience and quality.
• Conduct postmortems to capture lessons learned for critical escalations and field issues.
• Summarize findings to inform decisions on quality, efficiency and cost reduction.
• Coach Yellow/Green Belt candidates and promote quality culture.
• Apply strong project management and change management to sustain results.
