Job summary

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certified with 5+ years leading projects.
• Proficiency in statistical techniques and data analysis in tech environments.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide DMAIC-based approach to drive business value.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational excellence and customer experience.
• Manage postmortems and lessons learned for critical escalations.
• Summarize study findings to inform quality, efficiency and cost decisions.
• Coach belts and lead change management for sustainable results.
• Provide project management and quality management expertise across teams.
• Travel as required and mentor others in Six Sigma methodologies.
