Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; knowledge of investment casting technology preferred.
• Experience leading Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot process issues in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance shell process quality using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support daily production operations by troubleshooting process issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Monitor, test, and control slurry chemistry to maintain consistent process performance.
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic dipping systems to improve quality and throughput.
• Analyze scrap, rework, and process performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Maintain process stability through equipment monitoring, parameter control, and optimization efforts.
• Support engineering change management, including review, documentation, validation, and implementation.
• Participate in audits and quality investigations; implement and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate product designs and equipment capabilities to ensure manufacturability within existing processes.
• Lead and support capital projects and tooling initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
