Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team, drive new product introductions, and coordinate cost-reduction initiatives across production parts.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, leadership experience, and a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines. You will collaborate with operations, sales, and customers to ensure feasible, cost-efficient engineering solutions and maintain program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials or related Engineering.
• Master's degree a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years engineering experience in investment casting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and managerial leadership for engineering assignments and new product introduction.
• Interface with customers and internal teams to determine feasibility, cost effectiveness, and demand.
• Supervise and develop subordinates; build leadership through Co-op and development programs.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets with Finance input.
• Forecasting and capacity review on a monthly and weekly basis.
