Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering or related field with relevant work experience.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with CAD and standard engineering tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical guidance to drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Troubleshoot process/equipment issues and perform hands-on maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs for reliability.
• Ensure process stability and lead DOE and standardization efforts.
• Prioritize productivity, safety, quality, and cost initiatives.
• Support lean manufacturing and rapid changeover practices.
• Lead a technical team in the assigned focus area and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with PET Group to scale up new processes.
