Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience required.
• Automotive process experience desired.
• DFMA experience and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document and implement Standard Work Instructions to ensure product quality.
• Analyze workflows and budgets to determine improvement opportunities.
• Report on Safety, Quality, and Productivity to Management.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Lean manufacturing experience

Six Sigma certification

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Interpersonal and customer service skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study
