Responsibilities

• Provide technical problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment hands-on.
• Develop maintenance programs for equipment reliability.
• Ensure process stability and drive improvement via DOE and standard work.
• Lead improvement initiatives across productivity, safety, quality, and cost.
• Support lean manufacturing using SMED, SWIS, TPM, etc.
• Lead technical teams and manage budgets and growth plans.
