Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or Engineering plus three years of related experience.
• SAP PM module knowledge and ISO standards familiarity.
• Experience with maintenance, reliability processes and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to achieve safety, quality, production and cost goals.
• Analyze process conditions and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and cost.
• Troubleshoot processing equipment and support reliability improvements.
• Train and mentor operations personnel in process techniques and SOPs.
