Job summary

Ingredion in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Process Lead to apply their knowledge of process and manufacturing to drive production planning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across safety, quality, and reliability. You will coordinate daily maintenance and support ISO/GMP compliance while leading improvement teams.

The role requires a bachelor's in a process engineering field, 3-5 years of engineering experience, and familiarity with corn wet milling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years' experience in process engineering with automation experience.
• Experience in corn wet milling or similar food processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for safety initiatives in design of processes/equipment.
• Coordinate production planning and continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities daily.
• Ensure ISO and GMP compliance across operations.
• Lead improvement teams and drive cost-conscious gains.
• Collaborate with area leads to meet KPI targets.
