Ralliant in Fairport, NY is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to own and oversee quality and production improvements. You will drive tooling and equipment ramp-up, support DMAIC/Lean methods, and coordinate Kaizen activities within the Ralliant Business System framework.

The role requires 7+ years in lean manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and experience with Minitab/JMP. Proficiency in databases and vision systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Industrial Eng.
• 7+ years in lean manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and software (Minitab, JMP).
• Proficient in database tools and programming for reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own and oversee quality and production improvements.
• Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement activities with RBS principles.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA, 5 Why, 8D) and CAPA actions.
• Mentor peers and early career engineers; support HSE rules.
