Equiliem is seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Richmond, VA. This onsite role focuses on developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to hit production, quality, cost, and equipment targets.

You will work with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering on launches, validation, and documentation. The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of hands-on process engineering experience and can independently manage complex projects, using Lean Six Sigma, 5S, PFEP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 5-8 years of manufacturing process engineering experience
• Experience designing manual to automated production lines
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SAP, and SolidWorks preferred

Responsibilities

• Define production process sequences and methods to meet cost, quality, and production targets
• Design and optimize manual, semi-automated, and automated production line processes
• Develop and maintain technical process documentation and SOPs
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, 5S, PFEP, Kanban to reduce waste and variation
• Lead projects to improve productivity, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction
