Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, particularly in machine commissioning and setup.
• Proficient in non-ferrous metal processing and precision manufacturing techniques.
• Strong technical problem-solving, analytical skills, and experience with process data analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and foster teamwork.
• Self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning in metal processing technology.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support critical manufacturing activities.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor technicians on machine operations and technical standards.
• Facilitate onboarding and technical development of new engineering personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new equipment installation and process integration.
• Lead machine qualification and ensure comprehensive technical documentation.
• Analyze and improve existing processes using data-driven methodologies.
• Manage the transfer and adaptation of processes from other sites, ensuring quality and standardization.
• Oversee real-time production issue resolution and implement corrective actions.
• Champion a Lean culture and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver technical training to enhance the skill set of engineering and technician teams.
• Engage in ad hoc projects and technical assignments as required.
