Leoforce is seeking a Process Engineer to design, optimize, and certify industrial processes from inception through startup. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in production rates and quality.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, and strong Lean/Kaizen experience, CAD proficiency, and safety expertise. This is a first-shift position with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in manufacturing safety and risk assessments.
• Proficient in Process Optimization, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
• Excellent CAD skills using CAD software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills and multi-project handling.
• Proactive approach to anticipate potential problems.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through startup and certification.
• Assess processes for relevance and adequacy of engineering equipment.
• Review and improve existing systems using Lean/Kai zen methodologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
• Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
• Develop best practices to improve production rates and quality.
• Perform process simulations and troubleshooting.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet company goals.
