Mach10 Solutions, a high-volume manufacturer, seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead disruptive improvements on the production floor, focusing on discipline, reliability and throughput.

You will spend substantial time on the shop floor to analyze processes, reduce waste, and implement data-driven solutions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Background in continuous improvement and manufacturing or process engineering.
• Familiarity with DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex manufacturing data into actionable solutions for the plant floor.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with leadership, technicians, and operators.
• Hands-on floor approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current production workflows to uncover potential gains in reliability, throughput, scrap reduction, and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to elevate overall manufacturing performance.
• Refine and standardize operating parameters for consistent output.
• Utilize direct observation and data analysis to pinpoint process inconsistencies and resolve issues.
• Lead structured root cause analysis and corrective actions for long-term stability.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve recurring challenges.
• Improve equipment effectiveness and process repeatability to maximize capacity.
• Create and maintain process specifications, standard work documents, and SOPs.
• Track post-implementation metrics to ensure sustained improvements.
