Job summary

MW Components, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes on the production floor.

You will work with operators, supervisors, and engineering teams to identify issues, implement improvements, and sustain results that improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost. The role focuses on reducing scrap and downtime, shortening cycle times, and ensuring process capability and compliance with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with 3–5 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in metalworking, machining, CNC and precision manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, output, and cost goals.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot on the production floor and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Lead projects to reduce scrap, downtime, and cycle times while lowering costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment, tooling, and process parameters.
