Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Weslaco, TX is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead manufacturing process improvements, drive operational excellence, and support the deployment of the MasterBrand Business System (MBS). The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will guide end-to-end Lean initiatives, facilitate problem-solving with Lean, Six Sigma and MBS tools, optimize processes and layouts, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical)
7+ years manufacturing/process engineering experience
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methods

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvements aligned to business goals.
Facilitate problem-solving using Lean, Six Sigma, and MBS tools.
Optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, labor utilization, and material flow.
Support Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, Standard Work, TPM, and Continuous Improvement activities.
Lead cross-functional projects focused on productivity, quality, capacity, and cost reduction.
