Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring a Continuous Improvement Tech to lead Six Sigma, Kaizen and safety initiatives across the plant. You will coach teams, analyze processes, and train staff to standardized methods while ensuring safe, efficient production.

The role requires hands‑on project execution, data analysis, and strong communication to drive sustained improvements and cross‑department collaboration in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of lean manufacturing and departmental processes.
• Ability to coach others on the Five Traits of Success and foster teamwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication; public speaking skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, QlikView, DMR/AS400 IBM queries.

Responsibilities

• Leads Six Sigma, Kaizen and Safety teams/events in the plant.
• Defines, measures, and analyzes problems; trains to standard work.
• Audits processes and implements corrective actions.
• Documents processes and creates standard work; trains others.
• Ensures safety practices and housekeeping; supports cross‑department needs.
