Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Texas is seeking a Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead the deployment and sustainment of the MasterBrand Business System across a mid-size manufacturing operation.

You will partner with the General Manager and leaders to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements using Lean, problem solving, and data-driven decisions. Strong coaching and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in manufacturing, Lean, or Continuous Improvement.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events and structured problem solving.
• Experience coaching leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience establishing baselines, analyzing data, and tracking measurable results.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Project, or Visio.
• Bilingual English and Spanish capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of the MasterBrand Business System (MBS).
• Facilitate Lean and CI activities such as value stream mapping and Kaizen events.
• Coach leaders and cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Drive measurable business results and sustain gains through standard work and daily management.
• Develop CI capability within the site and ensure proper handoff and follow-through.
