Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC seeks a Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead the deployment of the MasterBrand Business System (MBS) across a mid-size manufacturing site. You will champion Lean practices, drive strategic improvement planning, and coach leaders to achieve measurable outcomes in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Five or more years in manufacturing, operations, Lean, or Continuous Improvement.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events and structured problem-solving activities.
• Experience coaching leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience establishing baselines, analyzing data, and tracking measurable results.
• Strong project-management, facilitation, presentation, and change-leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Project, or Visio.
• Ability to communicate effectively with frontline associates, technical professionals, managers, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Champion the MasterBrand Business System across the site.
• Lead Strategic Improvement Planning and Kaizen events.
• Facilitate Lean and CI activities to improve value stream, TPM, and process flows.
• Deliver measurable business results and sustain gains.
• Build organizational capability and daily management discipline.
• Lead and develop the CI team and ensure execution and sustainment.
