MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Weslaco, TX is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead manufacturing process improvements, drive operational excellence, and support the MasterBrand Business System. This role will impact safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

You will lead end-to-end Lean initiatives, facilitate problem solving with Lean, Six Sigma, and MBS tools, optimize layouts and material flow, and coach teams on daily management

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 7+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or operational excellence experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business results.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar applications.

  • Support Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, Standard Work, TPM, and Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Lead change management and cross-functional projects focused on productivity, quality, capacity, and cost reduction.
  • Analyze manufacturing and operational KPIs to identify opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Support capital projects, automation initiatives, and process validation activities.
  • Coach leaders and associates on operational excellence and continuous improvement practices.

This role will have a significant impact on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while helping develop a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end to end process improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives that improve operational performance aligned to business objectives.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 7+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or operational excellence experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business results.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
  • Experience with Value Stream Mapping, TPM, Daily Management, and Standard Work.
  • Project Management certification.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
