Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, or closely related engineering.
• 7+ years of industrial experience in high-speed consumer product manufacturing or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet objectives and timelines.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, process capability studies, Six Sigma, and Lean methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused design, development, and operation of assets and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to asset performance and product quality.
• Develop leadership in applying engineering principles, data analytics, LEAN, and project management.
• Identify and solve complex process issues and document knowledge transfer.
• Support maintenance during troubleshooting and participate in trials to improve assets.
