Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial, high-speed consumer product manufacturing or staff roles.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, process capability studies, Six Sigma and Lean.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, develop equipment and processes that meet safety requirements and guidelines.
• Manage multiple initiatives to deliver asset and plant improvements and quality conformance.
• Apply engineering principles, LEAN concepts, and project management to projects.
• Develop and incorporate best practices to optimize outputs.
• Identify and solve complex process issues to meet objectives.
• Support knowledge transfer and training materials for site resources.
• Assist maintenance with troubleshooting and on-call support.
• Contribute to plant expense and capital planning inputs.
