Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering, business or relevant discipline.
• Significant experience in Operations, Engineering, Lean Manufacturing or Maintenance.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to mentor and lead multi‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day direction to operations, reliability and engineering teams.
• Lead safety, quality, cost and productivity improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives (LSM/5S/LSW).
• Lead talent development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet site strategy and budget.
