Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Lead Engineer Process to provide technical leadership in design, development, optimization, and operation of manufacturing assets and processes. You will drive asset reliability, safety and continuous improvement, and work with Digital and DTS teams to leverage Power BI reports, MES, OSI/PI, and other digital tools.

The role requires a chemical engineering or related degree, 3+ years in high-speed consumer product manufacturing, and a strong track record with

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years industrial experience in high-speed consumer product manufacturing or staff environment
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within required timeframes
  • Experience using manufacturing analysis tools such as SPC, DOE, process capability studies, Six Sigma and lean manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Lead process standards and continuous improvement programs to sustain asset performance.
  • Ensure adherence to critical process parameters and operational best practices.
  • Support changeovers and material quality management strategies.
  • Lead trials and establish optimal run settings.
  • Apply engineering and problem-solving methods to resolve complex issues and identify opportunities.
