Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Lead Process Engineer at the Warren Plant to lead design, development, and operation of assigned production assets. You will champion process improvements, safety, and reliability while guiding cross-functional teams to meet performance targets.

The role requires hands-on technical leadership, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with digital teams to implement Power BI, MES, OSI/PI solutions for asset optimization.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years industrial experience in a high-speed consumer product environment.
Experience with manufacturing analysis tools and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for design, development, optimization, and operation of assigned assets and supporting processes.
Lead root cause analysis for breakdowns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Digital/DTS teams to leverage Power BI, MES, and OT data to improve asset performance.
